About this role
We are hiring Technician / Technical Officer (Defects) to be outsourced to our clients Responsibilities • Conduct enhanced quality control inspections and defect assessments at Tengah. • Manage and supervise rectification works for out-of-warranty dwelling units, including technical assessments and implementation of corrective actions. • Oversee servicing and maintenance activities for Fan Coil Units (FCUs). • Provide prompt support and response to residents experiencing cooling system issues. • Supervise the dismantling of FCUs for Sales of Balance dwelling units. • Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of rectification and maintenance works. • Handle residents' feedback and complaints professionally while maintaining service standards.
