About the JobTake on a mission-critical role as a Techno-Functional Business Analyst for our high-impact iWORK project. In this position, you will serve as the vital bridge between business operations and technical development teams. You will be hands-on in driving production defect resolutions, performing root cause analysis, and delivering system enhancements to ensure application stability and operational excellence. • Production Support & RCA: Support the Operations team in investigating and resolving production defects. Partner with engineering teams to conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement permanent corrective actions. • Requirements & Functional Design: Gather, validate, and transform complex business needs into structured system requirements and detailed functional specifications. • End-to-End Delivery: Own the functional lifecycle of system enhancements and change requests—from initial impact and dependency analysis through to deployment validation and post-implementation reviews. • Testing & UAT Leadership: Define UAT test plans, coordinate user acceptance testing with business stakeholders, and actively manage defect tracking and resolution. • Integration & Lifecycle Support: Investigate complex integration and data flow issues between internal systems and external partner platforms while ensuring adherence to strict governance and compliance standards. Skills and Experience Required• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or in a similar techno-functional role. • Core BA Methodologies: Strong, hands-on experience in Business Process/System Design, application design, and creating clear functional documentation. • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with a proven track record of bridging the gap, managing expectations, and aligning priorities between technical developers and non-technical business users. • Frameworks: Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and practical experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery models. HIGHLY PREFERRED (Nice-to-Have): • Application Support: Experience working within an application support or Application Management Services (AMS) environment. • Platform Exposure: Prior experience or exposure to Pega applications or other Business Process Management (BPM) architecture is a major plus.
