Salt Talent Search is looking for a Engineering Manager for a 12 months extendable contract role. The Telecom Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of engineers while providing technical leadership and engineering support to assigned projects. This hybrid role combines people management with hands-on technical oversight and departmental support to ensure successful project execution, delivery of high-quality and standardized engineering solutions, and the professional growth of team members. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the standardization of engineering documentation to ensure consistency, accuracy, and high-quality deliverables. • Manage and maintain engineering software tools, licenses, version control systems, and related resources. • Develop, implement, and enforce engineering workflows, processes, and quality assurance procedures. • Promote knowledge sharing and support continuous improvement initiatives across the engineering department. • Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and introduce technical innovations. • Supervise, mentor, and develop engineers within the team. • Conduct performance reviews, set objectives, and support employees’ career development and progression. Provide technical leadership, guidance, and decision-making support for telecom engineering projects. • Ensure engineering solutions meet project requirements, timelines, quality standards, and client expectations. Required Qualifications & Experience: • Degree in Telecommunications, Electronic & Electrical Engineering (EEE),Computer or IT & System Engineering or related field. • Proven experience in Telecom Engineering and project delivery in Oil &Gas or Renewable Industry. Experience in System Integration projects is preferred. • Prior People Management experience is highly desirable. • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Technical expertise in multiple Telecom systems and solutions. • Effectively manage engineering and people. • Knowledge of engineering documentation standards and software management. • Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach. • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills. • Experience managing APAC requirements is important CEI No: R1763696 / EA No: 07C3147
