About this role
Job Description • Perform administrative duties such as data entry and filing. • Maintain and update customer account data on Salesforce. • Generate reports from Salesforce. • Ensure service excellence delivery to both internal and external customers and partners. • Assist with customer enquiries, quotations, order processing and fulfilment. • Work closely with team members to ensure accuracy of records and proper record keeping. • Other administrative ad-hoc duties as assigned Job Requirements • Students on holiday or waiting for school term to start are welcome • Fast learner in computer systems • Proficient in the use of MS Office applications is a must, ERP/CRM system is an advantage • Able to multitask, organized and have a positive attitude • Able to work independently in a dynamic and fast pace environment with minimum supervision • Able to commence work immediately • Commitment level: 3 days per week • Working hours: 8:30am - 6pm
