We are hiring urgently! • Employment Type: 2-6 Months Contract • Location: Woodlands • Working Hours: Regular Office Hours What You’ll Be Doing: • Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including resume screening and technical sourcing through job portals and internal databases • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers • Manage interview logistics, including calendar coordination and follow-ups • Conduct verbal job offers and assist in offer management processes • Support onboarding activities for new hires • Prepare, maintain, and update recruitment and HR documentation • Ensure proper filing and maintenance of candidate and employee records • Provide administrative support to the HR / Talent Acquisition team Requirements: • Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field • At least 1 year of relevant experience in HR, recruitment coordination, or administrative support • Familiar with recruitment processes and comfortable supporting high-volume hiring activities • Good interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks **Interested candidates, kindly email updated resume to xiaoyee@wanco-manpower.com with Subject of "Temp HR Admin", thank you.
