About this role
1. Training Coordination • Assist in the end-to-end training process: scheduling sessions, coordinating participant attendance, and booking venues/facilities. • Process invoices from vendors. • Maintain accurate training records 2. Personnel File (P-File) Documentation • Maintain and update personnel files • Manage the filing of employment contracts, appraisal forms, and sensitive employee data. • Ensure strict confidentiality and data protection in accordance with company policy. 3. Interview Coordination • Support the recruitment team by scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers. • Send out interview invites and provide candidates with necessary information • Assist in basic candidate screening 4. General Administrative Support • Assist in onboarding and offboarding procedures. • Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed. Requirements • Experience: No experience required. However, experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role will be an advantage. • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with HRIS software is a plus. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • High level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Ability to handle sensitive information with absolute discretion
