Temporary Officer, FST Comms (Contract: 6 Months)

Contract Duration ·        6 Months Working Location ·        City Hall Working Hours • 5 Days (Mon to Fri: 9.00am to 6.30pm) Lunch: 1 hour Offered Salary ·        S$3,000 to $4,000 per month (Subject to Client’s Approval) Requirements • Diploma in Communications, Media, or a related field • Preferably 1–2 years of relevant experience in communications, content writing, or media • Experience producing EDMs or digital communications materials is an advantage • An interest in technology and the ability to quickly get up to speed on AI-related topics • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with design tools (e.g. Canva) is a plus Job Description You will play a key role in supporting AI awareness initiatives and developing compelling communications materials that help staff and stakeholders understand, embrace, and navigate AI tools and initiatives. KeyResponsibilities ·        Support the team in driving AI awareness initiatives ·        Craft engaging Electronic Direct Mailers (EDMs) from scratch, including copywriting, structuring content, and designing layout and visuals ·        Develop a range of communications materials such as intranet articles, FAQs and event-specific mailers to support Ministry-wide AI awareness initiatives ·        Translate complex or technical AI-relatedcontent into clear, accessible language for a non-technical audience ·        Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy of content EA License No.:96C4864 Reg No.: R1106928 TOH LAY HOON (JESSICA)
