Job Responsibilities • To support daily procurement operations, including handling Small Value Purchases (SVP) and executing the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, from raising requisitions and issuing Purchase Orders (POs) to performing Goods Receipt (GR). • To liaise with stakeholders to review ITQ and ITT documents prior to publication in the ARIBA system for assigned categories, and coordinate with stakeholders throughout the evaluation process. • To ensure proper implementation of procurement processes, review Direct Contracting memoranda, and maintain compliance with procurement policies and procedures. • To work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support procurement operations and related initiatives. Job Requirements • Minimum a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Studies, or Business Administration. • At least 3 years of procurement experience, preferably with exposure to government procurement processes and procedures. • Able to work independently, take responsibility, and handle multiple tasks effectively. • Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and the ARIBA system.
