Training & Programme Administration Analyst (Contract)

About the RoleOur client, a leading global financial institution, is seeking a Training & Programme Administration Analyst to support the delivery and administration of a structured training programme in Singapore. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong Excel skills. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and documentation of training and development activities while working closely with internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities• Coordinate and administer training programme activities and requirements • Maintain accurate records of participants’ progress and completion status • Track programme components, including training hours, mentorship sessions, and job rotations • Upload, organize, and centralize supporting documentation for audit and compliance purposes • Prepare regular reports and updates using Microsoft Excel • Monitor data accuracy and follow up on missing or incomplete information • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely submission of required documentation • Support continuous improvements to administrative processes and reporting workflows Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline • Open to fresh graduates • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data tracking, formulas, basic reporting) • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a structured environment All Curriculum Vitaes will be treated with the strictest confidentiality.
