Translator / Admin Officer

Work Location: Jurong Island | Company transport provided from designated MRT pick-up points Work Hour: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:45 PM Salary: Basic up to SGD 3,500/month (depending on experience and qualifications) Job Description • Act as communication bridge between Japanese and English-speaking staff in manufacturing environment • Translate and proofread bilingual documents including reports, safety guidelines and procedures • Support cross-functional teams including Production, Technical, Finance and Management • Conduct basic language training sessions for Japanese and English-speaking employees • Assist with administrative tasks using Microsoft Excel and maintain records • Provide reception support and assist with company events when needed • Guide employees on cultural differences and workplace practices • Support communication with external visitors and vendors • Ensure accurate information flow and promote multicultural workplace harmony Requirements • Minimum Diploma, preferably in Translation or Language Studies • Minimum 5 years experience in translation and interpretation work • Strong proficiency in both Japanese and English (written and spoken) • Manufacturing environment experience preferred • JLPT certification and Japanese company experience advantageous Email resume to chiewjie@recruitlync.com or WhatsApp +65 87848422 (No calling, thanks!)
