The candidate will have the ability to demonstrate organizational, presentation and communication skills. Responsibilities • Providing one-on-one and group classes and adapting teaching methods to engage and support students with different learning styles and abilities. • Creating detailed lesson plans that outline the objectives, instructional methods, activities, and assessments for each class. • Designing and administering assessments (quizzes, tests, projects) to evaluate student progress. • Providing timely and constructive feedback on student work and assigning grades. • Establishing and maintaining a positive and productive classroom environment that promotes learning. • Engaging in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices, educational research, and new teaching technologies. • Maintaining open and regular communication with the class consultants to keep them informed about student progress, behaviour, and any concerns. • Collaborating with other teachers, administrators, and support staff to improve the overall educational experience and support students with diverse needs. Requirements • Degree in the related field. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster strong relationships with young learners. • Collaborative work approach with a professional development team, demonstrating strong engagement with students. • Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills. • Extensive experience in teaching primary school and kindergarten children. • Proficiency in creating tailored lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of students.
