The role will primarily support curriculum coordination, stakeholder engagement, and programme implementation, alongside assisting with supporting materials and communications related to the launch of the new track. Key Responsibilities Programme & Curriculum Coordination • Support coordination of the Digital Application Track rollout • Liaise with part-time lecturers, faculty, and industry instructors on scheduling and course delivery matters • Assist with preparation and consolidation of course-related materials and documentation • Coordinate logistics relating to new course offerings • Assist with preparation of materials for curriculum workshops and partner discussions Website & Programme Information Updates • Support updates to the website to reflect the Digital Application Track • Ensure consistency and clarity of programme information across platforms • Assist with preparation of content supporting the positioning of the new track to prospective students Outreach & Publicity Support • Assist with preparation of presentation slides, brochures, and EDM materials • Support coordination of publicity materials for internal and external engagement efforts • Provide administrative support for outreach-related initiatives where required Stakeholder & Industry Engagement Support • Support coordination of meetings with industry partners involved in curriculum development • Assist with preparation of materials for focus group discussions and engagement sessions Administrative & Operational Support • Provide administrative support for programme-related activities and events • Provide ad-hoc operational support across initiatives where required Requirements • Strong coordination and organisational skills • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders (faculty, industry partners, students) • Good written communication skills • Experience preparing presentation materials (PowerPoint / Canva preferred) • Candidates with strong stakeholder engagement and event facilitation experience • Candidates who possess a positive attitude • Candidates with Institute of Higher Learning are welcome to apply Interested candidates, please email your resume to annasee@recruitexpress.com.sg Anna See Sing Yee CEI Reg R25157535 Recruit Express Pte Ltd EA License No: 99C4599 We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
