About this role
Facility & Infrastructure Management • Maintain building systems including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire protection, and backup power systems. • Monitor facility performance and ensure equipment reliability. • Coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance activities. Engineering & Project Management • Plan and execute facility improvement and expansion projects. • Prepare project scopes, schedules, budgets, and technical specifications. • Support installation and commissioning of new equipment and automation systems. Maintenance Support • Analyze equipment failures and implement corrective actions. • Improve maintenance strategies to reduce downtime. • Work with maintenance technicians and contractors to resolve technical issues. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. • Typically 2–5 years of experience in facility engineering, industrial maintenance, manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse operations. • Knowledge of: • • HVAC systems • Electrical systems • Building automation systems (BMS) • Conveyors and material-handling equipment • Preventive maintenance programs
