*Urgent* 12 Months Debt Strategy and Origination, Associate ($4500-$5000) #NJE

• Debt Strategy & Origination • Assist in documentation and analysis for external loan financings. • Support and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions. • Support in maintaining debt facilities and in ongoing monitoring and reporting of covenants compliance. • Contribute to maintenance and improvement of debt financing policies. • Report on debt matters to relevant internal stakeholders. Hedging • Assist in implementing hedging strategies under the guidance of senior team members. • Support execution of hedging strategies, liaising with banks and advisors as required. • Monitor and report on hedge positions and review the valuations by independent third-party valuers. • Report hedge positions to relevant internal stakeholders. Liquidity management • Assist in preparing liquidity reports (actuals and forecasts) to support fund managers’ decision making. • Ensure adherence to relevant counter party-risk policies. • Support effective and efficient processes for liquidity management, including placing funds with • third-party institutions. • Assist in maintaining and improving liquidity management policies and procedures, ensuring they are embedded within the business. • Report on liquidity matters to relevant internal stakeholders.
