About this role
Job Description• Provide frontline customer service, including patient registration and appointment scheduling • Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff to ensure smooth patient care delivery • Assist as a chaperone during patient examinations when required • Handle enquiries via phone, email, and in person • Manage payment collection and perform basic administrative duties • Support daily clinic operations and carry out ad-hoc tasks as assigned Job Requirements• Minimum N/O/A Levels • Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months • Willing to stand and walk for extended periods • Prior customer service experience is preferred, but not required as training will be provided • Able to work office hours on a 5.5-day work week • Able to start immediately or within short notice All qualifiedapplicants, please send in your resume to: Attn: HCGE - Patient Service Associate / Customer Service medicalhealth@recruitexpress.com.sg Tricia Celestine Goh (R1981653) Recruit Express Pte Ltd | Company Reg.
