Pay Rate: $17/hr You will provide assistance to public members across multiple service channels, which may include phone, face-to-face, and email, depending on your deployment. Your key responsibilities includes: • Responding to public enquiries about govt schemes, policies, and services accurately and promptly, ensuring they leave the interaction feeling informed and supported. • Engaging members in a warm, professional, and patient manner, including those who may be elderly, distressed, or unfamiliar with company processes. • Navigating internal systems and knowledge bases to retrieve accurate information and document interactions correctly. • Following established service protocols, scripts, and escalation procedures to ensure consistency and compliance. • Meeting individual service quality standards including accuracy, call handling time, and member satisfaction where applicable. Requirements: • Proficient in spoken and written English. • Strong listening skills and the ability to explain complex information in simple, clear language. • Empathetic and composed when handling members who are anxious, confused, or frustrated. • Accurate and detail-oriented, particularly when retrieving or conveying policy information. • Adaptable and comfortable with frequent updates to policies, procedures, and systems. • Computer literacy and comfort navigating digital systems and databases.
