About this role
Jobs Responsibilities • Lead and manage regional compensation cycle projects, including planning, system implementation, testing, and post-cycle review across APAC • Partner with HR, business stakeholders, and technology teams to gather requirements and support compensation system enhancements and process improvements • Oversee system configuration, workflow setup, and user acceptance testing to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and data integrity • Collaborate with country HR teams to align compensation processes with internal policies, business requirements, and applicable regulatory frameworks • Manage vendor relationships and support the development of compensation reports, dashboards, and analytics for management decision-making • Support HR systems integration initiatives and drive change management efforts to improve reward processes and user adoption across the region Application Procedures Interested candidates, please email your resume to: Attention: Lynn Mak Ling Ling (CEI No. R1986990) lynnmak@recruitexpress.com.sg Recruit Express Pte Ltd (EA No. 99C4599) We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
