Warehouse ASSISTANT

Job Summary You will support warehouse operations by safely handling stock, operating equipment, managing inventory, and maintaining order accuracy to ensure efficient warehouse workflow. Responsibilities • Follow all warehouse safety practices to maintain a safe working environment • Operate stacker pallet jack and related warehouse equipment to move goods efficiently • Perform stuffing and unstuffing of containers to facilitate loading and unloading processes • Put away stock to designated locations and update inventory systems accurately • Verify received products and quantities to ensure correctness and report discrepancies to supervisors • Conduct regular stock counts to maintain accurate inventory records • Sort and pick items according to order requirements to fulfill customer demands • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to support operational efficiency • Complete other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors to support warehouse functions Required competencies and certifications • At least 6 months of working experience in warehouse or related field Preferred competencies and qualifications • Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Excel to assist with inventory and reporting tasks • Forklift driving license to operate forklifts safely and effectively Other Information • Work Location: Tuas, Singapore • Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent
