Job Summary You will manage warehouse operations by receiving, storing, and issuing goods accurately, maintaining stock records, conducting inventory checks, and coordinating with delivery drivers and suppliers to support smooth logistics processes. Responsibilities • Receive incoming goods and verify their quantity and condition to ensure accuracy and quality • Arrange and store items properly in the warehouse or storage area to maintain order and accessibility • Update stock records manually or using inventory systems to keep accurate inventory data • Issue goods based on delivery orders or requests to fulfill customer and operational needs • Monitor stock levels regularly and report shortages to prevent stockouts • Conduct regular stock checks and inventory counts to maintain accurate stock information • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the store or warehouse to ensure a safe working environment • Coordinate effectively with delivery drivers and suppliers to support timely and accurate deliveries Preferred competencies and qualifications • GCE N/O Level or equivalent (usually preferred but not always required) • Experience in warehouse or storekeeping roles (preferred but not compulsory)
