Wintel EngineerLocation: Singapore Employment Type: Permanent / Contract Working Arrangement: Onsite / Hybrid Salary $5500-$7000 (Depending on experience ) We are seeking an experienced Wintel Engineer to support and manage enterprise workplace infrastructure and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for endpoint management, Windows administration, patch management, PC imaging, and cloud infrastructure support across AWS and Azure platforms. This role requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, automation capabilities, and experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments. We are seeking an experienced Wintel Engineer to support and manage enterprise workplace infrastructure and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for endpoint management, Windows administration, patch management, PC imaging, and cloud infrastructure support across AWS and Azure platforms. This role requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, automation capabilities, and experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities• Perform installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of endpoint hardware and system images, including operating systems, applications, drivers, upgrades, updates, and hotfixes. • Administer and support Workplace Management tools and endpoint environments. • Plan, implement, and maintain Patch Management and Software Distribution services. • Manage PC imaging deployment processes and operating system deployment task sequences. • Support desktop and server escalations related to workplace management tools and endpoint infrastructure. • Perform Quality Assurance (QA) testing for endpoint-related changes and deployments. • Design, implement, and maintain AWS or Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability. • Deploy and manage cloud services such as EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, Azure App Services, Azure SQL Database, Azure Functions, and related technologies. • Collaborate with internal teams to deploy and support cloud-native applications. • Implement automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation. • Troubleshoot infrastructure, application, and connectivity issues across on-premise and cloud environments. • Support backup and disaster recovery operations. • Contribute to process improvements and operational automation initiatives. • Maintain proper technical documentation, SOPs, and operational reports. • Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines. • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Wintel infrastructure support. • Strong hands-on experience with:Microsoft Hyper-V,Hyper-V Manager,Veeam Backup,Windows Server Administration • Experience supporting enterprise virtualization environments. • VMware Certified Professional (VCP) certification is advantageous. • Cloud certifications will be an added advantage. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Able to work independently and in a team environment.
