Workstream Project Manager

Job Background:This is a Workstream Project Manager role to support a MNC Bank's Project Anchor, which is migration of IPB business from one legal entity to another. Key Responsibilities:• Workstream Planning & Execution: Manage day-to-day delivery across assigned Anchor workstreams, maintaining detailed project plans, tracking progress against milestones, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery. • Stakeholder Reporting & Communication: Prepare status updates, dashboards, and meeting packs for internal stakeholders; facilitate workstream stand-ups and working group sessions to maintain momentum and resolve blockers. • Dependency & Change Management: Monitor intra- and inter-workstream dependencies, assess the impact of scope changes, and ensure change requests are properly documented and approved through the governance process. Experience:• Essential: Project Management/Business Analyst with experience of 5+ years. • Desirable: Prior experience as Project Management Officer. Competencies:• Candidate should have prior experience of project management.
