WPH - ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to manage, enhance, and optimize our ServiceNow platform to effectively support business operations. In this role, you will configure, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications while delivering scalable solutions that streamline workflows and improve system performance and reliability. You will work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities • Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows • Perform platform administration tasks including user access management, security configurations, and automation • Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and implement effective ServiceNow solutions • Design, build, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards • Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve ServiceNow-related issues • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics • Stay updated on ServiceNow best practices, upgrades, and new features • Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to end‑users and internal teams Requirements • ServiceNow Certification (required) – e.g., Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or equivalent • Proven hands‑on experience in ServiceNow development, customization, and administration • Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL principles • Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, REST APIs, and ServiceNow scripting • Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or SecOps • Strong problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Experience working in Agile environments Preferred / Nice to Have • Additional ServiceNow certifications • Experience with Performance Analytics and advanced reporting • Knowledge of cloud computing and infrastructure automation • Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices in ServiceNow development Data Protection Notice By proceeding with your application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the WPH Data Protection Notice for Job Applicants: https://www.wphdigital.com/notices
