Services: Senior Day Care | Home Care | Nursing Home | Active Ageing and Senior Fitness | Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy | Family Medicine Community Support: CCMS (Community Case Management Services) | CREST (Community Resource, Engagement and Support Team) | Henderson Home RESPONSIBILITIES • Conduct/provide support on active ageing programmes • Encourage active participation with seniors • Provide support to seniors at outreach events and programmes • Provide support for outreach efforts to seniors at their homes • Carry out administrative functions such as data entry and record keeping • Conduct/provide support on the creation of social media content regarding Active Ageing Centres • May be required to perform additional duties, work over the weekends or after office hours QUALIFICATIONS We're seeking passionate individuals who want to make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors.
