1 Year AML / KYC Client Engagement Officer (Bank) Up to $5K #NJN

Location: Raffles Place Duration: 12 months Working Hours: 9AM to 6.30PM Monday to Thursday, and 9AM to 5.30PM Salary: $5000 + 1 month completion bonus Job Responsibilities: • Contact customers to resolve potential AML and tax information gaps • Review and validate the accuracy and reasonableness of submitted information • Handle appeals hotline and provide timely, accurate resolutions • Support administrative and documentation tasks in compliance with bank policies • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth case completion • Monitor case progress to meet SLAs and regulatory timelines • Identify process gaps and suggest workflow improvements Job Requirements: • Minimum Degree holder in any discipline, preferably in Business or a related field • Minimum 1 year of experience in AML or KYC within a banking environment • Experience working in a call centre environment; conducting outreach, handling customer queries, or engaging clients and stakeholders over the phone Jessica Nguyen Huynh Thanh Truc CEI Reg.
