Job Duration: 12 Months Working Hours: 9AM to 6.30PM Monday to Thursday, and 9AM to 5.30PM Friday with 1 Hour meal break Up to 2800 The role holder will /is: • Be part of the utility team supporting the KYC department on various aspects • Provide name screening support from the client’s life cycle of client relationship from onboarding, trigger events to account closure • Assist in reviewing and dismissal of potential true hits • Responsible for sending / addressing queries with relevant stakeholders arising from daily tasks • Perform data entry to admin tasks such as maintaining / updating various excel, scanning of documents or pdf extraction • Adhere to Internal policies & procedures and escalate where necessary • You will also need to assist in any admin and adhoc projects as assigned by supervisor/s. Requirements: • Min Diploma with some admin exp or banking exp • Strong organizational and ability to multi-task under fast paced environment • Good communication and interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively within internal stakeholders • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and willingness to be hands on.
