1 Year Contract HR Assistant - WEST - Up to $3000

• Assist in the preparation, validation and consolidation of HR data for reporting and analytics purposes, as well as in the audit and analysis of division’s performance data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities. • Organise HR GSS datasets and conduct ad-hoc audit checks to ensure data integrity, consistency and compliance with established standards. • Develop dashboards and trackers to monitor overall HR GSS’s SLA performance achievements and incident rates. • Manage office administration such as coordination of team meetings, project tracking and documentations and tracking of Division’s IT assets and stationaries where applicable. • Participate and support in ad-hoc new HR projects.
