1 Year - Foreign Bank Compliance Analyst

Location: CBD Area Contract Duration: 1 Year Contract / Highly Extendable Up to $ 6,000 per month Job Responsibilities: • Onboard new clients by preparing welcome packs and managing the high-volume scanning and archiving of legal documents to maintain a ready-for-audit digital trail.  • Process account change requests and execute rigorous Customer Identification Program (CIP) and Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols to ensure all data is entered with 100% accuracy.  • Perform regular Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and account reviews to verify that all client information remains in strict compliance with internal policies and evolving regulatory procedures.  • Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for high-risk accounts, including the verification of Source of Wealth (SoW), screening for Politically Exposed Persons (PEP), and monitoring for negative news.  • Manage the Client Onboarding and Periodic Review cycles for specific high-priority groups, including Accredited Investors and Vulnerable Clients, to ensure ongoing suitability.  • Coordinate with Sales teams to gather missing KYC/CDD documentation and resolve daily inquiries regarding account status and regulatory bottlenecks.  Skills and requirements: • Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese, as this role requires to deal with the APAC region. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.  • Min 1–3 years of Compliance experience within the financial services industry, preferably from Private Banking • Experience in client onboarding, AML (Anti-Money Laundering), or compliance within a bank is highly preferred.  • Previous experience conducting "Source of Wealth" (SOW) reviews is a plus.  How to Apply: Should you be keen, please send your cv to kaylenicoleilijay@morganmckinely.com or reach out to me at +639 753 634 663.
