Position OverviewThis role sits within the APAC Global Markets technology team, supporting front-to-back project delivery across capital markets systems. The position focuses on driving regional and global initiatives across asset classes, ensuring seamless implementation and continuous process improvement. Key Responsibilities• Manage end-to-end project delivery across scoping, execution, testing, and production • Act as a functional SME and key point of contact for business stakeholders in Asia • Lead front-to-back and cross-functional projects across Global Markets • Conduct business analysis, solution design, and architecture definition • Coordinate testing (SIT/UAT), change management, and go-live support • Collaborate with regional and global IT teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and drive governance and reporting • Identify, escalate, and manage project risks and issues proactively • Provide tactical and strategic solutions under tight timelines • Deliver training and documentation to support business users post-implementation • Support production issues requiring functional expertise Technical & Functional Requirements• Understanding of capital markets systems and trade lifecycle • Experience with system integration, impact analysis, and solution design • Familiarity with SQL, Jira, and MS Office tools • Ability to work across cross-regional and matrix environments Ideal Candidate Profile• 7–10 years of experience in investment banking / capital markets technology • Experience as a functional project manager or techno-functional BA • Strong analytical mindset with ability to bridge business and IT • Exposure to front-to-back processes including trade booking, settlement, and reporting • Experience working with front office stakeholders and sponsors • Able to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment Interested applicants please email your resume to ivytham@recruitexpress.com.sg Ivy Tham Yi Ru (R1104692) Recruit Express Pte Ltd (EA Number: 99C4599)
