Position OverviewSeeking a IT Technical Project Manager to drive the design, architecture, and development of Cash & Trade Management integration projects. This role focuses on building and supporting enterprise integration platforms using TIBCO technologies, while leading regional initiatives and system enhancements. Key Responsibilities• Lead the design, development, and support of integration solutions across the platform • Define and implement best practices, architecture, and frameworks for integration services • Manage migration of TIBCO components (e.g. BW, EMS, MQ, MFT) to new platforms • Review high-level and low-level designs, providing technical guidance to teams • Partner with regional and offshore teams to deliver projects end-to-end • Provide Level 3 support, including troubleshooting and incident resolution • Contribute to end-to-end solutioning and cross-team integration initiatives • Drive quality improvement and defect reduction initiatives • Support knowledge sharing, training, and documentation across teams Ideal Candidate Profile• Minimum 8+ years of experience in technology, with hands-on development and support exposure • Strong experience in integration architecture and enterprise platforms • Proven ability to support and manage multiple applications and systems • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders (business & IT) • Familiar with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies • Experience in incident, problem management, and production support processes • Exposure to infrastructure migrations, system upgrades, and performance tuning is advantageous • Strong hands-on experience in TIBCO ActiveMatrix suite (BW, EMS, MFT, BPM, BE, Adapters, etc.)Experience with integration technologies including Web Services (SOAP/REST)Proficiency in Java/J2EE frameworks (e.g. Spring, Hibernate) Interested applicants please email your resume to ivytham@recruitexpress.com.sg Ivy Tham Yi Ru (R1104692) Recruit Express Pte Ltd (EA Number: 99C4599)
