12 Months Bank IT Business Analyst #BYR

Position OverviewSeeking a Business Analyst to support Trade Finance channel initiatives, covering project delivery and application support for global releases. The role involves close collaboration with regional teams on requirements, functional design, and testing. Key Responsibilities• Perform business analysis including requirements gathering, impact analysis, and functional specifications • Design functional solutions and workflows, ensuring alignment with business needs and IT standards • Facilitate stakeholder discussions and sign-offs on requirements and solutions • Define and manage testing scope (SIT, UAT, NRT), including test planning, execution, and validation • Support UAT activities, defect analysis, and prioritisation • Handle production issues, perform root cause analysis, and propose solutions • Prepare user documentation and release notes • Support system migration and enhancement initiatives • Ensure compliance with internal governance, IT standards, and regulatory requirements • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project delivery and approvals • Act as a Subject Matter Expert, driving process improvements and efficiency • Provide training and knowledge sharing to stakeholders Requirements • 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Corporate Banking / Trade Finance IT • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills • Experience working in regional or cross-functional teams • Good communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders across different markets • Familiarity with project delivery methodologies (Agile or Waterfall) • Certifications such as PMP, Agile/Scrum, or CDCS are advantageous Interested applicants please email your resume to ivytham@recruitexpress.com.sg Ivy Tham Yi Ru (R1104692) Recruit Express Pte Ltd (EA Number: 99C4599)
