About this role
Job Responsibilities:• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team • Handle data entry, filing, and document management • Prepare and process contracts and other administrative documents • Coordinate stationery orders and office supplies • Arrange travel bookings, including air tickets and hotel accommodations • Process petty cash and administrative claims • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders • Support the team with general administrative duties and ad hoc tasks Job Requirements:• Diploma/Degree in any discipline • Minimum 2 years of relevant office administration experience • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Organised, meticulous, and able to multitask • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment • Candidates with leasing administration or property industry experience will have an added advantage • Immediate or short-notice candidates are preferred Aaron Teo Yiau Bing CEI Reg.
