Salary : $12/hr Working Hours: 5 Days office hours Mon - Thursday 8.30am - 6pm and Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm Job Scope: • Responsible for managing projects and addition & alteration (A&A) works for hospital, medical centre, and associated business units • Assist in planning and execution of projects as assigned by the Head of Department or Supervisor • Track and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and service contracts • Manage project timelines, budgets, and contractor/vendor schedules to ensure minimal disruption to patients and staff • Prepare and compile quotations, service reports, invoices, and month-end financial accruals • Monitor and report work order status, including outstanding, completed, and pending items • Perform other duties as reasonably assigned by the Supervisor Requirement: - Min A level/ Nitec/ Diploma in any field - No experience required as training provided Interested candidate, kindly send a copy of your resume to adelinelim@recruitexpress.com.sg Adeline Lim Xin Ying [R23112000] Email Address: adelinelim@recruitexpress.com.sg Recruit Express Pte Ltd EA License No: 99C4599
