About this role
5 days, 9am- 5.30pm Address: (Fort Canning) Salary: up to $5500 depends on experience + Commission, Basic salary can nego if good experience Job scope: • Improve company’s market position and achieve financial growth • Meet and exceed objectives through the development of new businesses, coordination of Business Development shipments and existing business penetration • Identify target customers, initiate own sales calls, pursue them and ultimately convert them into clients • Working with Finance and Indoor Sales team on payment issues and follow up on payment with clients • Build and maintain a pipeline of business • General profit in line with set KPIs • Prepare sales planning, and forecasting activities • Sourcing of rates from carriers, hauliers, offices and worldwide agents • Interact and maintain relationship with subcontractors like carriers, coleaders and trucking companies etc • Maintain effective teamwork with members of the Indoor Sales, Business Development team and other functional teams • Meet and exceed objectives through the development of new businesses, coordination of Business Development shipments and existing business penetration • Support the sales strategy set by the Head of Business Development in conjunction with the Management • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed • Successfully work across teams (internal and external) to overcome challenges and achieve objectives • To perform other duties and tasks as assigned • Adhere to all company policies in areas of Compliance, HSSE&Q, Code of Business Conduct, Employee Handbook • Reporting and documenting of all sales activities with company’s internal system Requirements: • Minimum 2-3 years of hunter sales / business development experience in freight forwarding industry • Proven track record and good networking with carriers, coleaders and trucking companies etc Interested candidates, please WhatsApp your resume to: +65 9642 0989 (Han) Or email your resume to: supreme.cc.han@gmail.com Chaw Chiaw Han | R22106723 The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd | EA 14C7279
