Business & Industry Exposure • Gain exposure to multiple industries and business functions. • Learn how companies hire, build teams, and make talent decisions. • Understand market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategies. • Observe how client relationships and business development are managed. Recruitment & Executive Search Fundamentals • Learn how to source and identify talent market research. • Support end-to-end recruitment and executive search assignments. • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate processes efficiently. • Prepare candidate profiles, market maps, and client reports. • Assist consultants in delivering quality search outcomes for clients.
