About this role
Bugis Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm 9 months contract Up to SGD 15,000 (Max)+ completion bonus (¾ month) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Maintain and continuously update the integrated regional deployment plan, covering all phases including preparation, build, testing, business readiness, cutover, go-live, and hypercare. • Ensure adherence to programme governance frameworks, standards, and cadences defined by the PMO • Own the creation, tracking, and management of detailed workstream plans, ensuring alignment with overall programme timelines and objectives. • Translate global programme milestones, standards, and decisions into a practical and executable regional deployment plan. • Coordinate cross-functional regional workstreams, ensuring alignment across business units, functions, IT, change management, data, training, and external implementation partners. • Lead regional governance activities, including status reporting, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management, decision tracking, and escalation management. • Monitor and manage interdependencies between local business unit activities and global programme deliverables, proactively escalating risks and conflicts to the project lead. • Track overall deployment progress, including critical path milestones, resource requirements, and readiness criteria; take corrective actions where delivery is off track. • Ensure readiness for key deployment milestones such as integration testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), mock cutovers, go-live, and stabilization phases. • Support tracking and control of budget, resource allocation, scope, and agreed change controls to ensure disciplined programme delivery. • Develop and prepare high-quality materials for steering committee meetings and senior stakeholder updates, highlighting risks, readiness, and key trade-offs. • Drive a strong focus on delivery quality, business continuity, and a smooth transition into Business-as-Usual (BAU) support. • Stay connected with wider and external programmes (Asia and industry trends), proactively identifying emerging risks and anticipating unmet needs to enable early mitigation. • Foster a culture of accountability, discipline, and rigour, ensuring adherence to timelines, milestones, and delivery commitments.
