Sales Coordinator (1 Year Contract, Convertible / Central)

[Job ID: 1638768] Responsibilities • Process customer orders and verify product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines with factories • Create and maintain accurate sales orders in internal systems and SAP • Issue order confirmations and provide timely updates on order status • Coordinate stock availability, production progress, and delivery schedules with factories • Arrange shipments and liaise with warehouses for packing and dispatch • Work closely with freight forwarders on booking and delivery schedules • Prepare shipping documents, including invoices and packing lists • Track order progress to ensure on-time fulfilment and resolve any order-related issues • Follow up on customer payments and maintain records of accounts payable transactions • Maintain accurate filing of sales, shipping, and administrative documents • Coordinate communication between customers, factories, warehouses, and logistics partners Requirements • Experience in sales coordination, customer service, logistics, or order processing • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications • Basic knowledge of shipping procedures and Incoterms • Experience using SAP or similar order management systems • Experience working in a Japanese company or in the fishing tackle industry is an added advantage To Apply, please kindly email your updated resume to cv_estheryip@goodjobcreations.com.sg We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
