Accounts Executive (Permanent Part-Time)

Job Description & Requirements We are a boutique business consulting firm based in Singapore, seeking a meticulous and experienced permanent part-time Accounts Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with small teams, is confident in managing the "full set of accounts", and values flexibility and autonomy. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and maintain the full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL) • Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations • Manage month-end and year-end closing processes • Prepare monthly management accounts • Handle GST preparation and filing • Maintain proper documentation and accounting records • Coordinate with external accountants, tax agents, andauditors as required • Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting and regulatoryrequirements Requirements: • Hands-on experience in bookkeeping and full set of accounts • Familiar with Singapore GST and accounting practices • Comfortable working with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, XERO, MYOB, or similar) • Detail-oriented, organised, and dependable • Able to work independently with minimal supervision • Prior experience supporting SMEs or consulting/ professional services firms is a plus Work Arrangement: Permanent Part-timeRole • Flexible working hours performed on-site (to be discussed) • Suitable for candidates seeking long-term, steady part-time work • Singapore-based candidates only • Location is near Clarke Quay / China Town MRT Station How to Apply: • Direct apply via mycareersfuture.gov.sg. • Email your resume along with a brief summary of your relevant experience to admin@sibconsulting.com. • Applicant personal information will be kept strictly confidential.
