About this role
Your Role: • Handle invoicing, quotation, purchasing, and maintain inventory. • Perform data entry and filing of documents. • Answer and direct customer calls. • Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned. Job Requirements: • At least 2 years of relevant administrative experience preferred. • Proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with production team members and customers who use either language. • Meticulous, with good attitude, able to multi-task and work independently.
