Job Summary An App Review & Reputation Coordinator monitors and manages app user feedback on platforms like Apple App Store and Google Play Store. They identify issues, respond to reviews, and prepare reports to improve app performance and maintain a positive brand image. Responsibilities • Review user comments, ratings, and feedback on app stores and in-app review systems to identify common issues, trends, and complaints • Report identified user issues and trends to product or development teams to support app improvements and bug fixes • Respond professionally and promptly to user reviews, acknowledging positive feedback and addressing negative reviews with solutions, escalation, or clarification • Track app ratings and prepare reports on user satisfaction, common issues, and reputation trends to inform management decisions • Coordinate with customer support teams to resolve user complaints impacting public reviews and ensure consistent messaging and tone across all responses • Organize and manage continuous review of user feedback with attention to detail and accuracy • Apply problem-solving skills to analyze feedback and contribute to enhancing mobile app quality and user satisfaction
