About this role
Responsibilities: • Provide support in day-to-day finance and administrative functions • Assist with banking transactions and related documentation • Process staff petty cash claims accurately and in a timely manner • Support procurement activities, including preparing and issuing purchase orders • Assist the sales team with preparation of delivery orders and invoices • Handle work pass administration, including application, issuance, renewal, and cancellation • Perform general office administrative duties such as answering phone calls, managing mail, and maintaining office supplies • Undertake ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned Requirements: • Proficient in basic administrative and financial processes • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred • Familiarity with QuickBooks will be an added advantage • Good organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
