Contract Duration: 12 months Estimated Start Date: 1 June 2026 Estimated End Date: 31 May 2027 Salary: S$2,800 per month Working Hours • Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 6:00pm • Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm About the Role • We are seeking a Temporary Executive to support data management, engagement coordination, and administrative operations for a 12-month contract period. Key Responsibilities Data & Database Management • Maintain and update youth leader profiles within centralised databases • Track youth leaders’ engagements across multiple data collection platforms • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency Engagement Coordination • Manage and maintain the centralised calendar of youth engagements across agencies • Coordinate invitations for youth leaders to relevant programmes and opportunities • Work with programme owners to identify suitable youth participants • Support scheduling and coordination of meetings and engagement sessions Stakeholder & Programme Support • Support communication between National Youth Council (NYC) and various government agencies • Assist with onboarding processes for new youth leaders • Provide general administrative and operational support for YLE programmes • Prepare and disseminate programme updates where required
