Admin Executive [Donation | Up to $3,000 per month]Location: Ghim Moh Employment Type: 12 month contract Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 6.00pm. Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm Salary Range: Up to $3,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability We are looking for a detail oriented and responsible individual to support donation administration, donor records, and fund related documentation. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys administrative work, is comfortable handling data and numbers, and can work independently in a structured team environment. Responsibilities • You will support the team in managing donation related administration and records. This includes processing pledges, maintaining donor profiles, verifying data, updating registers, and ensuring documentation is kept accurate and organised. • You will also assist in tracking and reconciling records related to fund disbursement and utilisation. The role involves supporting the smooth administration of fundraising related activities and helping with donors’ tax related matters where required. • Other general administrative duties may also be assigned to support the team’s daily operations. Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Business, Finance, or other quantitative related fields. • Some knowledge or exposure to project administration, donor management, fundraising administration, or data management would be helpful. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. • Meticulous, organised, and comfortable working with numbers and records. • Self motivated, proactive, and responsible. • Able to work independently and manage deadlines when required.
