Admin Executive (Contract) $17/hour 10-month contract | Immediate start Mon–Fri | 42 hours/week Requirements• Diploma/Degree in relevant field • 3+ years’ experience in operations / coordination / customer-facing roles • Good communication & organisational skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) • Familiar with Canva & FormSG • Able to work independently & in a team • Experience in digital programmes / healthcare / public sector is an advantage • Familiar with digital tools, apps, or onboarding processes is a plus Responsibilities• Manage participant onboarding, engagement & records • Handle enquiries from participants & partners • Coordinate programme logistics & follow-ups • Provide basic digital platform support & troubleshooting • Prepare communications & support outreach/marketing activities • Support general admin & operational tasks By submitting your resume and/or personal data, you consent to Seacare Manpower Services Pte Ltd collecting, using, and disclosing your information to clients/business partners solely for job matching, recruitment, and placement purposes.
