Looking to gain exposure in residential property and leasing operations? This role offers hands-on experience in tenancy administration, site coordination, and property management support within a structured environment. Nearest MRT: Novena (Central) Working Hours: Mon–Thu: 8:30am – 6:00pm, Fri: 8:30am – 5:30pm Salary: Up to $2,548 per month Duration: 12-month contract Key Responsibilities: • Conduct site inspections of State residential properties under management • Follow up with managing agents (MA) on inspection findings and track rectification works within timelines • Compile and maintain occupancy and dwelling data for reporting purposes • Process invoices and track work orders related to property maintenance • Support data analysis on expenditure, claims, and tenancy-related information • Provide general administrative support for residential leasing operations Key Requirements: • Minimum a GCE ‘A’ Level holder or in any discipline • Good communication and coordination skills • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting purposes • Able to work independently and collaborate effectively in a structured environment • Willing to travel to various residential sites across Singapore • Able to perform site inspection duties, which may involve movement across different locations If this sounds like a good fit for you, we’d love to hear from you - apply now!
