Essential Responsibilities • Prepare export documentation and support order processing • Coordinate scheduling and logistics activities • Generate labels, invoices, delivery orders, and shipping documents • Work with stakeholders to ensure smooth shipments and timely collection • Arrange freight bookings and handle permit checks • Liaise with forwarders / suppliers and update parties on shipment issues Other Responsibilities • Ensure compliance with trade regulations and Singapore Customs requirements • Maintain accurate records for audits and reporting Skills and Competencies Profile Required Qualifications: • NITEC / Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics field, fresh graduates may apply, OR • 1 year of relevant working experience in the import-export / logistics / shipping field Technical Skills: • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel • Knowledge of IATA standards, Incoterms, Strategic Goods and Dangerous Goods handling • Ability to interpret documents such as HAWBs, MAWBs, invoices, and permits Soft Skills: • Able to work independently with initiative and strong accountability • Strong team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Attention to detail and familiarity with quality inspection procedures Additional Information • Flexible and willing to work overtime, including weekends and public holidays when required (e.g., for urgent shipments) HOYA Electronics Singapore Pte Ltd is an equal opportunity employer.
