This role is essential in verifying that all products meet customer requirements, internal benchmarks, and regulatory obligations before shipment. You will also support quality assurance activities, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold consistently high standards in product delivery. Essential Responsibilities • Inspect finished goods, ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements • Validate completeness and accuracy of outgoing documents, including reports and certificates of conformance • Collaborate with other departments to ensure only compliant products are shipped • Monitor outgoing quality metrics and support responses to internal and customer inquiries • Assist engineers in quality initiatives and track the effectiveness of implemented actions Other Responsibilities • Participate in review and improvement of outgoing quality procedures and workflow Skills and Competencies Profile Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Science, or a related field, fresh graduates may apply, OR • 1 – 3 years of relevant working experience in the semiconductor industry, or prior experience in quality assurance, is preferred Technical Skills: • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel Soft Skills: • Able to work independently with initiative and strong accountability • Strong team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Attention to detail and familiarity with quality inspection procedures Additional Information • Willing to work in a 12-hour rotating day / night shift (4 working days / 3 rest days / 3 working days / 4 rest days) • Able to work in a cleanroom environment and perform overtime as and when necessary HOYA Electronics Singapore Pte Ltd is an equal opportunity employer.
