Admin Support Officer [Up to $3,000 per month | Compliance Support]Location: Ghim Moh Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 6:00pm, Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm Salary Range: Up to S$3,000 per month Contract Duration: Approximately 11.5 months About the Role We are looking for a detail oriented and organised Admin Support Officer to support a team across documentation, records management, operational coordination, and general administrative processes. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys structured administrative work, is comfortable handling documents and data, and can work well with different stakeholders. Key Responsibilities 1. Documentation and Records Support • Assist with searching, retrieving, organising, and filing documents in both hard copy and digital formats. • Support the team in maintaining proper records and improving document accessibility for future reference. • Help identify missing information, documentation gaps, or process inconsistencies where possible. • Assist with preparing and organising documents required for internal reviews, checks, or audit related matters. 2. Operational and Administrative Coordination • Support tracking and administrative follow up for agreements, renewals, schedules, and related records. • Assist in maintaining tracking tables and documentation to support proper process compliance. • Help coordinate documentation reviews, site related administrative matters, and follow up actions with relevant parties. • Support communication and coordination to help the team meet required deadlines. 3. General Team Support • Assist with preparing workflow documents, flowcharts, submission papers, and PowerPoint presentations. • Retrieve archived documents and information from systems such as SharePoint. • Support application or information gathering processes by checking details across different digital platforms and document sources. • Provide general administrative support for inclusive and accessible workplace practices. Requirements • Diploma or degree in any relevant discipline. • Prior administrative support experience in a corporate, public sector, compliance, audit, facilities, or operations environment will be an advantage. • Comfortable working with digital filing systems and document management platforms such as SharePoint. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and data. • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on deadlines. • Able to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders. • A careful, responsible, and service oriented working style.
