Facilities Executive [Up to $2,900 per month | 12-month contract]Nearest MRT Station: One-North MRT and Buona Vista MRT Employment Type: 12 month contract Start Date: July Salary: Up to $2,900 per month Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 6:00pm Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm About the Role We are looking for a Facilities Executive to support day to day facilities operations in an office environment. This role is suitable for someone who is organised, hands on, comfortable coordinating with vendors, and able to manage both administrative and operational facilities tasks. The role will involve supporting meeting room and workstation usage tracking, preparing simple reports, assisting with office furniture and equipment matters, coordinating facilities related requests, and providing basic AV support when needed. Key Responsibilities • Monitor the usage of meeting rooms and workstations, and assist with preparing data analysis and statistics reports. • Support the management of office furniture, meeting room equipment, and general facilities items. • Assist with testing and supporting office sensor systems where required. • Escort and supervise visitors or vendors for works, deliveries, and facilities related activities. • Troubleshoot basic AV equipment issues and assist with AV setup for meetings or office use. • Print, laminate, and put up facilities related advisories around the office. • Manage facilities related issues submitted through the internal case reporting system. • Coordinate with appointed vendors to resolve reported issues and follow up until completion. • Assist with room, cabinet, and locker key management, including unlocking cabinets or pedestals when required. • Support matters related to staff pass issuance. • Assist with other facilities management tasks and projects assigned by the supervisor. Requirements • Minimum Diploma qualification, preferably in Facilities Management or a related discipline. • Around 2 years of relevant experience in facilities management or office operations will be an advantage. • Comfortable with administrative work, coordination, reporting, and hands on facilities support. • Able to communicate clearly with internal staff, vendors, and visitors. • Physically fit and comfortable with frequent walking across multiple office levels. • Responsible, practical, and able to follow up on issues until they are resolved.
