About this role
Responsibilities: • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. • Support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. • Responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material. • Prepare written responses to routine inquiries and handle correspondence. • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for Managers. • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering new supplies as needed. • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. • Update and maintain office policies and procedures. Requirements: • Proven administrative or assistant experience. • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work. • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational and planning skills. • Proficient in MS Office. Salary: • Starting salary is aligned with the Progressive Wage Model minimum wage standards for administrative positions. • Regular wage increments will be provided based on skill upgrading and productivity improvements as per PWM guidelines. • Part time Job with fixed working hours-Monday to Friday Benefits: • Health insurance, CPF contributions, annual leave.
