Job Summary Provide frontline support for court users by handling enquiries, assisting with applications and managing high-volume case processing, scheduling and registry tasks while ensuring compliance with court timelines and procedures. Responsibilities • Provide frontline counter service and handle phone enquiries on court applications and processes • Process court orders and ensure tasks are completed within required timelines • Handle high volume applications and support timely issuance of grants • Manage weekly hearing schedules, case conference and fixture lists • Follow up on case directions promptly • Notify relevant parties of upcoming court sessions through appropriate channels • Support registry administration and records management Requirements • At least 2 years of relevant working experience • Good writing and communication skills • Able to work under pressure • Able to interact with stakeholders across all levels within the organisation Other Information • Location: Havelock • Working Schedule: Monday to Thursday (8.30am - 6pm), Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm) • Salary: Up to $2,800 Yana Norzamry | Personnel Registration No: R26160959 | EA Licence No.91C2918
